Week one....no alchohol

After a cathartic Labor Day Eve argument with my mom -- still don't know what started it, as usual, she expressed that she was concerned with my alcohol intake. I have to admit, so was I. I decided to talk to E about it and we decided no more alcohol in the house. I don't care if we drink while we go out, but no more purchasing and bringing home. It's been six days since my last sip of alcohol. Less calories and $$ spent. I didn't log in my points this week on WW but I do feel like I made good choices. I will begin logging points on Monday - tomorrow. I look forward to losing 140 lbs. I want to lose 90 for my wedding and at least be in a 16. Major effort! Plus, I tend to be a slow loser. We'll see. One day at a time!

first day of hell

Had nothing to drink so far. Woke up at 11am. Yes, I am a lazy bum. Have anxiety about going back to school tomorrow. So much to do, so little time.
Goals for today:
1. Take 20 minute walk
2. drink 8 glasses of water or crystal light
3. Stay in points range

That's all. I will post later on my results.
